Name, address & e-mail - This information is collected if you visit our site and fill in a request for more information, ask for help, place an order or make a booking or join our mailing list.
We use the information to send you the information you requested, to confirm an order or booking placed, or to contact you with new or updated information.
Phone & Fax Numbers - We request a phone/fax number if you request further information, join our mailing list, or make a purchase or booking with us in case we need to contact you by means other than e-mail.
Credit and Debit Card Information
In order to pay for your booking we can take payments via. our secure payments page and use PayPal as our payment processor. Alternatively, you can send us a cheque if time allows for clearance.
Our payments page will also allow you to confirm your acceptance of our quote by sending us your address and contact details, so that we may contact you about alternative payment methods. If we subsequently take Credit or Debit card information over the telephone or by fax or other means. we will immediately process the payment and will not store any of the financial information provided for longer than is necessary for the successful administration of your booking.
Credit / Debit card details which are collected online for the purpose of capturing payments are immediately deleted / destroyed once payment is confirmed.
Security of your personal information
We do not store any personal details, other than those that are necessary for the servicing of your booking, and thereafter for accounting purposes, as required under UK and US tax legislation.
The only information we keep electronically is your name, telephone, E-mail address and booking information such as villa, arrival and departure dates.
Disclosure to third parties
We will never share your information - All Information collected from you remains solely with us - The information collected is for our internal use only. We NEVER sell, rent, loan or pass on in any way lists of names, e-mail addresses, fax or phone numbers, credit card details or any other information.
How do you remove your name from our mailing list?
If you have joined our mailing list and subsequently wish to be removed, simply follow the directions at the bottom of any of our mailings. You will have the option to remove yourself from the current mailing only - or complete and total removal from our system. Your privacy is extremely important to us and your removal will be instant.
